

This breakfast porridge with quinoa flakes gives you a long-lasting feeling of satiety. It gives you energy and keeps your blood sugar level in balance. The thickened fruit with cinnamon is a party for your taste buds!

4 tablespoons quinoa flakes
200 – 250 ml plant-based milk (e.g. Oatly Bio)
pinch of Celtic sea salt
100 grams of red frozen fruit mix (organic)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon agave syrup or maple syrup
3 tablespoons water
1 dash of linseed oil
1/2 handful of pumpkin seeds
few cashew nuts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Heat the frozen fruit in a saucepan and add the cinnamon, water and agave/maple syrup.
Heat this whole thing on medium heat. The fruit will thicken a bit and you will get a nice sauce with it.
Place the quinoa flakes, milk and Celtic sea salt in another pan. Let everything simmer until the flakes are soft and thickened. Keep stirring well to prevent burning.
Remove the porridge from the heat and add a dash of linseed oil. Pour the delicious fruit sauce over it. Top it off with the pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and cashew nuts.
Serve this delicious breakfast immediately. Enjoy!
