Red Velvet Smoothie

The combination of beetroot and maca is the BOMB for a boost in your energy. Beetroot is full of vitamins and minerals. It improves the blood flow to your brain and promotes your sports performance. Maca is a superfood and is known for increasing your stamina and energy. Maca is also known for its increasing effect on libido and fertility.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • 1 raw or pre-cooked beetroot

  • 1/2 apple

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 100 grams frozen raspberries

  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 300 ml (coconut) water

  • Slice of lemon

  1. Place all ingredients, except the lemon slice, in the blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Cut the lemon slice, place it on your glass and enjoy this delicious healthy smoothie cocktail!
