Workshop *Inner Power On Tour*
A workshop for children and young people
Inner Power On Tour is close to my heart. Together with colleague and friend Evi Gysbrechts & our team dog Linne it is our mission to empower children and young people. We use their energy positively to achieve their goals and dreams.
We do this on the basis of the following themes:
* me and my talents
* me and my feelings
* me and communicating
We search for their Inner Power and also involve their parents/environment. In this way, this seed can grow further into a solid foundation. A basis of trust, strength and belief in themselves. Ready to conquer the world with their beautiful selves!
Where do we focus?
We focus on a mirror inward : who am I with all the pluses and minuses?
From there we try to provide insight into conflicts (with yourself and/or the outside world).
We are fully committed to 'daring to stand up', 'showing yourself' and 'standing in your power'.
We do this in a small group where trust is central.
We combine head and body and also work on nutrition and exercise .
